Thirty days. If The Complete Kitchen Set is not what you wanted, write and say so and the money goes back in full. You do not need to give a reason, and you keep the books.
Email support@margretmillerkitchen.com from the address you bought with, or tell us the email you used. Say that you want a refund. That is the whole procedure. There is no form to fill in and nobody will ask you three times whether you are sure.
The thirty days run from the moment your payment goes through, not from when you first open the files. A request sent on day thirty counts.
The full amount you paid, $47, refunded to the card or account you paid from. Refunds are issued through Whop, who took the payment. They normally show up within a few working days, though how quickly depends on your bank rather than on us.
We do not ask for the files back and there is no way to take them away from you. They are yours. Keep them, print them, cook out of them.
That is not a refund, that is a problem to fix. Write and say which file and what happens when you open it, and you will get a working copy. If it still cannot be sorted out you get your money back, and that is true whether or not the thirty days have run out.
Look in spam, and look under Promotions if you are on Gmail. It is almost always there. If it is not, write to support@margretmillerkitchen.com with the email address you bought with and the files will be sent straight over. Never having received the books is not a reason to be out of pocket.
After thirty days the refund offer has run out, but write anyway if something is wrong. A faulty or misdescribed file gets put right no matter how long ago you bought it, and your legal rights are not affected by anything on this page.
Please write to us before going to your bank. A refund asked for directly is normally done the same day, and a chargeback takes weeks and costs both of us more than the books are worth.
This refund offer is given voluntarily and sits on top of your legal rights. It does not replace or reduce them. Where the law where you live gives you a stronger remedy, that remedy still applies. See the terms of sale for how immediate delivery of digital content affects the statutory cancellation period.
